6320 Easy Street: SOLD!
It's no secret that Whistler Cay is probably my favourite neighbourhood in Whistler, as well as where I live. Clients of mine recently bought this chalet on Easy street (who doesn't want to live on Easy street?!) and I hope they love it as much as I do.
The market is so tight that properties are being sold quickly, inventory is low and demand is high. This home met all of the criteria my clients' had, and got an offer immediately. Fortunately, that offer fell through and we were ready the instant that happened. My clients' offer was accepted while other buyers continued to view the property, with at least one buyer wanting to write a back-up offer.
Back-up offers secure a "second place" position for buyers and sellers alike.
This property was not listed on the MLS. This means the exposure was limited to Whistler agents - another excellent reason to work with a local agent (like me!) when buying in Whistler.
